The design of Casa Belladonna prioritizes simplicity and user-friendliness, offering an open space seamlessly connected to the outdoors. It incorporates natural, warm, and modern elements to evoke an intimate sense of home. The ground floor of the villa features a living room complete with Smart TV (streaming platforms with numerous TV channels), comfortable seating, a modern fully-equipped kitchen with an island, and a dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people.

The ground floor additionally includes a double bedroom with its own entrance hall, a bathroom, and a terrace outfitted with comfortable seating and a sunshade. The first floor comprises three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and a private terrace equipped with outdoor furnishings.

Sinožići is a tranquil village located 13 kilometres away from Poreč and the beautiful Adriatic Sea.

This location is perfect for cycling enthusiasts, offering opportunities for scenic cycling tours and easy access to explore the nearby attractions of Istria. Just a short drive away lays Višnjan, where you’ll find a traditional Istrian tavern, a shop, an ATM, and a coffee bar for your convenience. The nearest store is located 3 kilometres away, while the closest restaurant can be found just 2 kilometres from here.

We really liked Villa Casa Belladonna, clean, tidy, air conditioning in every room, which is very helpful in the 40 degree heat. Everything is modernly decorated and of high quality, thought out to the smallest detail, wonderful pictures on the walls as if you were at an exhibition. A large, heated and clean swimming pool with salt water, and a large sunbathing area with sunbeds, an outdoor table for 8 people, seating, a hydromassage pool. The owner of the house is very kind, takes care of everything. Highly recommended and we will be back again.

We were greeted with wine, juices, and homemade jam made by the owners. Everything ecological, perfect... An ideal place to spend a vacation with family and friends. Everything perfectly organized. The pool is perfect for hot days. The villa is clean and fully equipped. Recommendations. The pool is also very nice, large, heated, well maintained with salt water, cleaned and checked regularly during the stay. This was great and especially for the kids. The pool is very nice and big, you can freely swim in it and the water is salty. Villa Casa Belladonna has everything you need, the kitchen is superbly equipped, a wonderful sun deck, internet available throughout the villa and outside on the sun deck. As a sign of welcome, guests can expect drinks, a perfect, heated, saltwater swimming pool, a villa and a superbly equipped kitchen... On the terrace, a large TV, Play Station PS 5, hydromassage pool... We would love to come back. Villa Casa Belladonna is clean, service is great. Villa Casa Belladonna is comfortable, spacious and very clean. The kitchen is superbly equipped. Guests have at their disposal an outdoor swimming pool, with salt water, heated, PS 5, electric wheelchair... The pool is well maintained and clean, the water and color are beautiful. Close to Poreč, most beaches are about a 15-minute drive away. Recommendation. We had a great vacation, recommendation for Villa Casa Belladonna.

Excellent location, peace, wonderful, everything is extraordinary. We are a big family of 4 adults and 4 children and we were all very happy. The pool is excellent, clean, heated, and we had a family breakfast every morning on the large paved part of the sunbathing area. A hydromassage pool to be praised, all superbly equipped. We will come again.

Casa Belladonna, clean, and superbly equipped, with a large illuminated heated pool, hydromassage pool, sunbeds, plenty of towels, shower by the pool, large kitchen superbly equipped. Beautiful place, close to restaurants and markets, access to the city of Poreč and the sea in 15 minutes, I recommend it wholeheartedly.
